When we cancel:

In the event of lesson cancellations that are beyond our control, neither refunds or credits will be given. An example of this is bad weather meaning roads are closed or unsafe, a problem with the pool water or a fire alarm going off in the pool building. We will announce pool closures via email as soon as possible, and may send text notification in exceptional circumstances.

SIX

All credits/refunds are discretionary and will only be considered for students who have incurred the following:

  • Major illnesses

Credits/refunds will not be granted for absences due to going away on holiday, exams or clashes with other activities, including for lessons during half term and school holiday periods. Make-up or replacement lessons are not offered when a session is missed. Credits/refunds for medical reasons will require a medical certificate. An administration fee of £20 will be deducted from all refunds/credits.

SEVEN

All students who are not toilet trained must wear tight-fitting waterproof pants and approved swimming nappies whilst in the pool. All students in stage 2 classes and above should wear a swim cap and goggles.
