Saturday saw round 2 of the WCPSC 2016 Grand Prix Series, and we were treated to so many fantastic swims. Congratulations to all those who completed one or both of the events in the 2nd round of the GP 2016 series - completing two x 400m events in one session is a tough evening for any swimmer, no matter what their level. It was a very hard session and you can all be proud of your efforts.

It was great to see so many of our new younger swimmers continuing their journey in competitive swimming and completing the 400 free - a huge well done to you all.

Do remember there is a long way to go before the end of the series & then everyone's lowest scoring 5 events are deducted & this does make a big change to the results. So if you've missed a couple of events it will not matter in the end result.

Thank you so much to all the volunteers without whom we couldn't have held the event. We always need more parents willing to learn and qualify as timekeepers & judges; all training is provided so no prior knowledge or experience required! If you feel you would be keen to join us and train as an official then please let This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  know.

The results are accessed at the bottom of the page and on the event page itself. Please take a note of any PB's from your swimmer. For those new to this all swimmers need to keep a record of all their swim times, not only can they then see how much they are improving but all entry forms can then be fully completed.

If your swimmer was disqualified don't be disappointed but please do speak to your coach to identify what their fault was.

Keep up the training and we'll look forward to GP round 3 on Saturday 7th May.
