Winchester City Penguins Swimming Club has a clear vision for aquatics provision in Winchester. The WCPSC strategy sets out its goals as a community club, which include helping to ensure that all children in the City of Winchester leave primary school able to swim. The WCPSC Community Programme seeks to achieve this goal, and to support the widest possible participation in aquatic sport, through a range of initiatives delivered with local partners.
